Industries such as waste and recycling, wood processing, paper production and bulk material storage can present an elevated risk of fire, where heat can develop deep within stored or processed materials before visible smoke or flames are present.
Our Early Fire Detection (EFD) systems utilise advanced infrared thermal detection technology to continuously monitor protected areas for abnormal temperature increases and developing hotspots. Potential ignition sources can be identified at the earliest possible stage, enabling a rapid response before a small hotspot has the opportunity to develop into a significant fire.
